This article shows you how to use and edit saved social media content in the Social Media Library. It also explains how to create and manage posts using Engage+. You’ll learn how to write captions, add images or videos, choose platforms, apply tags, and schedule or publish your posts.

Before you begin
Before creating posts, make sure:
- You have a Facebook Business Page, an Instagram Business Profile (linked to your Facebook page), or a LinkedIn account connected to Engage+ Content Marketing. See this article for linking instructions.
How to use and edit saved content from the Social Media Library
Every month, the AgencyBloc Team releases a package of ready-to-post social media content. It’s already saved and tagged for you in the Social Media Library, but you can edit and customize it however you like.
1. Navigate to Engage+ Content Marketing
From within AMS+, go to the Engage+ Content Marketing area.
2. Select the thumbs up icon
Click the ‘thumbs up’ icon to open the social media features.
3. Open the Social Media Library
In the left-hand menu, under Content, select Social Media Library.
4. Browse saved content
You’ll see a list of saved content:
- Each month, a new package of ready-to-use posts from the AgencyBloc team is added here.
- Any posts you’ve created yourself will also appear in this list.
5. Filter content by topic
Use tags to quickly find content by topic. You can type a tag into the search bar or click one or more tags to see content related to them.
6. Select a piece of content
Click on the piece of saved content you want to use.
7. Open the three-dot menu
Click the ‘three-dot menu’ button in the top corner of the content box.
8. Choose how to use the content
You have two options:
- Post Now:
Immediately publish the content. You’ll be prompted to:- Select the social accounts you want to post to
- Confirm and post
- Schedule Content:
Set a future date and time for publishing. You’ll be prompted to:- Enter a schedule title
- Pick a date and time
- Select the social accounts you want to post to
9. (Optional) Edit the saved content
The monthly content packages you receive from the AgencyBloc team are ready to use immediately as is, but if you want to customize the content before posting, select the Edit option from the three-dot menu.
You can:
- Add or change the uploaded media (images or videos)
- Update the caption (post message)
- Make additional edits as needed
How to create your own content
In addition to the full social media library provided by AgencyBloc, you can also create your own original social media content if you want.
Tip: Make sure your browser window is wide enough to view the content preview while you work.
1. Select the pencil icon
Click the ‘pencil’ widget in the bottom-right corner of any Engage+ Content Marketing social media screen.
2. Choose the ‘Post’ option
The widget will expand to show three options. Select ‘Post’ to create a new social media post.
3. Fill in your post details
A ‘Create Post Content’ pop-up will appear. Start by entering a post name. This will show up in your Social Media Library and Calendar.
4. Pick your social accounts
Select the social media platforms you want to publish to. (For example: Facebook.)
5. (Optional) Add images or videos
Upload files from your computer, link from a cloud storage service, or choose from Pexel, a free stock photo and video site.
6. Write your post caption
Enter your message in the Post Captions section.

- Choose a Tone.
- Set the number of captions to generate.
- Enter a prompt to guide the AI on what to write.
If you're posting to multiple platforms, you can create different captions for each one. Just toggle on ‘Platform specific captions’, then select the icons for each platform and write your custom caption.
7. (Optional) Add another caption
Want to rotate through multiple messages for the same media (ex. image, video, link)? Click ‘Add another caption’ and type your additional content.
8. Adjust your content settings
- Require Approval: Turn this on if someone needs to approve the content before it goes live.

Recycle Content: Choose whether to post this content more than once.
- If you’ve added multiple captions, Engage+ will rotate them each time it reposts.
- You can set an expiration date or a maximum number of posts to limit how often it recycles.
9. (Recommended) Add content tags
Tags help you group and find posts later in your Social Media Library.
10. Choose to save or publish your post
- Save & Post Now: Immediately publishes the post to your selected account(s).
- Save & Schedule: Lets you pick a future date and time to post.
- Save Content: Saves your draft to the Social Media Library without scheduling or posting it.
