Overview of Security Groups
All users in AMS+ must be assigned to a Security Group, which controls what they can see and do within the system. To access and use Engage+ Content Marketing features such as the Content Library and Social Media tools, your users must belong to a Security Group in AMS+ with the appropriate Engage+ permissions. Learn more about AMS+ Security Groups.
Security Groups are available under My Agency Settings. If you do not see these, please contact your Account Owner or an administrator at your agency.
Permissions for Content Library
The Engage+ Content Library offers a variety of ready-to-use marketing materials, including themed blogs, newsletters, and DIY content.
To access the Engage+ Content Marketing site and Content Library, you must be an Agency User in AMS+ and belong to a Security Group with the required permissions.

Permissions for emailing newsletters in AMS+
Your Engage+ Content Marketing subscription includes a monthly package of themed content and newsletters. You can send these newsletters directly to your clients, leads, and agents using AMS+’s Email Marketing feature.
To do this, you must be an Agency User in AMS+ and belong to a Security Group with the required permissions.

Permissions for Social Media
The Engage+ Social Media feature allows you to connect your social media accounts—such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn—to Engage+. From there, you can manage and monitor all your social media activity in one place.
Your subscription also includes monthly themed content for social media posting, designed to help you stay active and engage your audience consistently.
To access the social media features, you must be an Agency User in AMS+ and belong to a Security Group with the required permissions.
