Before you begin

1. You must be an Account Owner in AMS+ to activate Engage+. This is a separate add-on to your AMS+ subscription.
2. You must belong to an AMS+ Security Group with the "Manage Email Marketing" permission.
3. You must have the AMS+ Email Marketing feature activated and set up to utilize the newsletter content pieces. Refer to this article for more details.

How to activate Engage+ Content Marketing

Engage+ Content Marketing is an add-on to your AMS+ subscription. To activate it, have your Account Owner schedule a consultation with your AMS+ account's Client Success Manager.

How to open Engage+ Content Marketing

Select the Apps menu icon in the AMS+ site header and choose 'Engage+' from the dropdown menu.

Engage+ Content Marketing will open in a new tab, so you won’t lose your place in AMS+.

Navigating the Engage+ Content Marketing site

Collections

This section includes folders of related content. For example, you might find all the blog posts and newsletters for the current month, a holiday, or a specific theme grouped together.

New featured content

This section highlights six content samples from the current month’s featured collections: two newsletters, two blog posts, and two DIY content pieces. Select any sample to start using it right away.

Content topics

In the left-hand navigation, you’ll find a Topics section. It lists all the categories that have available content, including:

• Life Insurance
• Indiv Health / ACA
• Group Benefits
• Senior Living
• Everyday Living
• Other Services

Each topic has a number next to it, showing how many content pieces are available in that category.

Content is available in three formats: newsletter, blog, and DIY content.
