Before you begin

• You must be an Account Owner in AMS+ to activate Engage+. This is a separate add-on to your AMS+ subscription.
• You must belong to an AMS+ Security Group with the Manage Email Marketing permission.
  • Manage Engage+ Content Library (Grants access to newsletters, emails, blogs, and DIY content)
    • Manage Social Media (Grants access to multi-platform social media posting in Engage+)
• You must have the AMS+ Email Marketing feature activated and set up to utilize the newsletter content pieces. Refer to this article for more details.

Email sending costs

If you have Engage+ Content Marketing, the $0.02 per-email fee for Email Marketing is waived for all emails sent through your account.

How to activate Engage+ Content Marketing

Engage+ Content Marketing is an add-on to your AMS+ subscription. To activate it, have your Account Owner schedule a consultation with your AMS+ account's Client Success Manager.

How to open Engage+ Content Marketing

Select the Your Apps menu icon in the AMS+ site header and choose Engage+ from the dropdown menu. Engage+ Content Marketing will open in a new tab, so you won’t lose your place in AMS+.
